  1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  2. Shipping Methods and Costs We provide shipping through multiple carriers, including FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Flat rate shipping is available at $49.99 for guitars, basses, mandolins, and banjos, and $9.99 for effects pedals and accessories. Ukulele shipping rates are determined by weight and size. Flat rate shipping is offered within the continental United States. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii must contact us for a shipping quote.

  3. Delivery Areas We currently ship in the United States.

  4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

  5. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or if it remains undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees.
